Respect for tradition. Neutrality, which will be achieved through various initiatives (cutting emissions from production activities, pervasive use of renewable sources, electrification of the range, use of materials with low environmental impact, purchase of green certificates or creation of Bosco Ferrari), is one of the points focal points of the new plan. The one for the four years 2018-2022 closed with most of the promises kept despite the consequences of the coronavirus pandemic: customer base increased by 25% (average age was reduced by eight years), almost 2.5 billion cash generated and above all the launch of 15 models . Ferrari today counts on the “widest range ever” and on an order book at an all-time high, while remaining faithful to the founder’s philosophy of “always delivering one car less than market demand”. For the future there will be no upheavals.

The product plan. To keep the range always at the highest levels, while at the same time preserving its uniqueness, a further 15 models are planned to be launched between 2023 and 2026, each of which is designed with a unique positioning and with the aim of serving a clientele. specifies, according to the principle “different Ferraris for different Ferrari fans and different Ferraris for different moments.” In addition to the series models, the range will also include Special Series, which will represent about 10% of the total volumes, as well as examples of the Icona family and a new Supercars (for now not better defined but arriving by 2026), which will be limited to less than 5% of sales. In 2021, traditional engines represented 80% of the product mix and hybrids 20%, while in 2026 endothermic engines will have to decrease to 40% and hybrids and electric cars to rise to 55% and 5% respectively. The target for 2030 is an offer composed of only 20% of ICE models, 40% of hybrids and for 40% from electric. Ferrari therefore specified that “it will continue to work on the innovation of the internal combustion engine and, with the support of its partners, will develop solutions in the field of energy efficiency and alternative fuels to increase a essential part of the tradition of the company “.
